Working principle of urban waste drum trommel screen garbage:
The trommel screen machine mainly use motor to drive the drum device to rotate around its axis. When the material enters the drum, the drum device is installed obliquely, and the material rolls along the flow. Materials smaller than the sieve hole are screened out at the below discharge port , while materials larger than the sieve hole continue to roll on the screen surface and are screened out at the end discharge port.
Urban waste, construction waste, or stale waste enters the feeder — Belt conveyor — Waste trommel screen machine (which mesh sizes of 10-200mm. can sorting waste according to the material size) — Magnetic separator(sorting metal) — Air separation machine(Screening waste by material’s weight). Through this series of sorting process, plastic bottles, rubber, metals, cardboard, hard plastics, etc. are selected, finally, the selected light materials are balled by the baller machine.
