PRODUCTION LINE

Different customer needs is different, because it have different material, different capacity, different shape need make, so now i explain roughly production line for you, exact production line is according to your requirement make.

1. Make your material become charcoal by carbonizing furnace. (if is ready charcoal, will no need carbonizing)

2. Crush big size charcoal into powder less than 2 mm.

3. Owing to charcoal powder have no stickiness, so need add some binder into it and mix.

4. After mixed material will going into stainless steel sawdust charcoal briquette and forming into different shapes and sizes.

5. The last step is make briquette dry, can use our dryer machine, also can use sunshine to dry.
